See How It WorksWhy Clutter to Cash Is the Ideal Choice for Your Move
Most moving companies charge you to remove everything you cannot take with you. Clutter to Cash looks for value first. Furniture, décor, antiques, collectibles, and other quality household items may be consigned and sold on your behalf—turning moving-day clutter into cash.
💰You Keep 50% of the Sale
When we find sellable items during your move or cleanout, we do not simply haul them away. We sell them through our resale network and pay you 50% of the sale price.
📦One Team for Moving and Clearing
Moving, downsizing, and clearing out a home creates a long list of tasks. Our team can help remove furniture and unwanted items while identifying pieces that may have resale value.
🛋️We Sell What Others Haul Away
Sofas, dining sets, bedroom furniture, vintage pieces, artwork, mirrors, lamps, collectibles, and quality décor can be evaluated for consignment rather than automatically treated as junk.
📸Professional Listing and Sales
For accepted consignment items, we handle photography, pricing, listing, buyer coordination, and the sales process—so you do not have to meet strangers or manage online marketplace messages.
♻️Responsible Sorting
Items with resale value may be consigned. Donation-eligible pieces can be directed to local organizations, while recyclable materials are diverted where possible. Only items with no better path are disposed of.
🏠Built for Vancouver Moves
From condos and apartments to family homes and estate transitions, Clutter to Cash has served Metro Vancouver customers since 2012 with removal, consignment, and property-turnover services.
Your Unwanted Furniture Can Pay You Back
That sectional that will not fit in the new condo. The dining set you are replacing. The solid-wood dresser, vintage chair, artwork, or collectible you no longer want to move. These items may be worth more than you expect.
Instead of paying to send everything to the landfill, Clutter to Cash evaluates what can be resold. If it qualifies for consignment, we market it to local buyers and share the proceeds with you.
- Free evaluation of items with potential resale value
- Professional pickup and careful handling available
- Photography, pricing, and listing handled for you

Our team reviews your items and identifies what may qualify for consignment, donation, recycling, or removal.
3. We Remove and Prepare Items
We handle the heavy lifting and transportation. Accepted consignment pieces are photographed, measured, priced, and listed through our resale channels.

Typical Movers vs. Clutter to Cash
The difference is simple: a conventional removal service helps you get rid of things. Clutter to Cash helps you recover value from things you no longer need.
| What Happens | Typical Moving or Junk Company | Clutter to Cash |
|---|
| Unwanted furniture | Often loaded and removed as junk | Evaluated for resale and consignment potential |
| Money from sellable items | Usually kept by the hauling company or lost entirely | You receive 50% of the sale price |
| Online listings | You handle photos, messages, pricing, and buyer pickup | We handle photography, listing, and sales coordination |
| Donation and recycling | May not be prioritized | Suitable items are sorted for donation or recycling where possible |
| Moving-day stress | You manage movers, junk removal, and resale separately | One team can support removal, sorting, and consignment |
Moving and Consignment FAQs
Can you sell furniture I do not want to move?
Yes. Quality furniture in good condition—including sofas, dining sets, bedroom furniture, office pieces, and accent furniture—can be evaluated for consignment. Items should generally be clean, structurally sound, and free from major damage.
How much money do I receive?
You receive 50% of the sale price for accepted consignment items. Clutter to Cash handles the listing and sale process, then pays you your share when the sale is complete.
What if my furniture cannot be sold?
Not every item will have resale value. Donation-eligible pieces may be directed to local organizations, recyclable materials can be diverted, and only items with no better option are disposed of.
Do I need to meet buyers or deliver furniture?
No. For consigned items, Clutter to Cash manages the process, including professional photography, listing, buyer coordination, and delivery coordination where applicable.
Do you serve the whole Lower Mainland area?
Clutter to Cash provides service throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland/Metro Vancouver area, including neighbourhoods such as Kitsilano, Point Grey, Kerrisdale, Downtown, Yaletown, Mount Pleasant, and surrounding communities.
